Class/Studio Info Class/Course Setup

Each course consists of four classes which meet once a week for an hour.  Although we will always review material from the week before, classes are cumulative so it is important to try to attend every class in your 4-week course.  No partner?  No problem!  Classes are taught in a group circle and partners will be routinely rotated (unless requested otherwise) to ensure everyone has an opportunity to dance.

Dress comfortably.  Most students attend classes dressed casually, although sometimes people will be business casual if they are coming to the studio straight from work.  As for shoes, we typically recommend girls start in a pair of flats if you have them.  Otherwise, women should wear anything that attaches securely to your foot/heel (avoid flipflops, heels or sandals where your heel is not secure) and avoid tennis shoes if you can.  We suggest men try dress shoes.  Students are allowed to wear sneakers/tennis shoes, but bear in mind they are designed to grip the ground and will make certain turns and movements more challenging.

Regular courses are $55 a month (4 classes).  If you just want to pay for one class at a time the rate is $15 per drop-in.  Performance/Choreography Courses are $65 a month.  No drop-ins rates for permitted for choreography classes.

Want to take more than one class?  Take $15 off each additional course.  Show an active high school, college or military ID to receive HALF price on regular courses.  We accept cash, checks (made payable to “LEDC”) and now credit with the use of the Square.  For all other inquires such as private lessons and parties please Contact Us!

Studio Policies: Missed Classes

As class material cumulatively progresses, we highly recommend you do not miss class unless absolutely necessary.  Furthermore, with new material being introduced each week, missing class may cause you to fall behind and feel lost upon your return.  If missing class is unavoidable, we encourage you to talk to your instructor about possible make-up options.
